Privacy Policy

What we collect

The only data SpeedReader stores is an anonymous identifier generated by RevenueCat, a third-party service we use to manage in-app purchases. This identifier contains no personally identifiable information and is used solely to restore your purchases across devices or after reinstalling the app.

We do not collect your name, email address, location, device identifiers, or any behavioral or usage data.

Your content

Any content you load into SpeedReader — whether entered as text, imported as an ePub or PDF, or fetched from a URL — is processed entirely on your device. SpeedReader does not upload, transmit, or have access to this content. We never see it, and we do not store it on any server.

Tracking and analytics

We do not use any analytics SDKs, crash reporters, advertising networks, or tracking pixels. No third party receives data about how you use the app.

RevenueCat

Purchase management is handled by RevenueCat. When you make a purchase, RevenueCat processes the transaction and stores an anonymous user ID on its servers. You can review RevenueCat's privacy practices at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Children's privacy

SpeedReader does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app does not target children.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
