What SpeedReader is

SpeedReader is a reading tool. It helps you read content faster using Rapid Serial Visual Presentation (RSVP). It is not a content platform, a publisher, or a library. SpeedReader does not provide, host, curate, or endorse any content you read through it.

Your responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for the content you load into SpeedReader, including but not limited to text, URLs, ePub files, and PDF documents. By loading content into the app, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to access and read that content — whether through ownership, a valid license, a subscription, or another lawful basis.

SpeedReader does not verify, and is not responsible for, the ownership or licensing status of any content you import. Any infringement of copyright or intellectual property rights arising from your use of content is your responsibility alone.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SpeedReader to:

• Access or reproduce content you do not have the right to use
• Circumvent any digital rights management (DRM) protections
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

In-app purchases

SpeedReader offers optional paid features (SpeedReader Pro). All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. Purchase restoration is managed via RevenueCat using an anonymous identifier — see our Privacy Policy for details.

All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law or the platform's refund policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

SpeedReader is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular content will be accessible through it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpeedReader and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or any content you access through it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of SpeedReader after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
